December 2023 Customer Survey Results

Thank you for your feedback

We had a fantastic response to our December customer feedback survey. We’d like to thank all our clients who took the time to respond by providing us with constructive feedback, and ways we can continue to improve and grow our service.

Everyone who filled in our customer survey went into the draw to win a Christmas hamper. Congratulations to John Molesworth and his wife Glynis (pictured with Diane) who were the winners of the hamper. The hamper was purchased from our local supermarket, Fresh Choice.

Overall, respondents said they were satisfied with the service they were receiving from Ōmokoroa Accounting. Respondents said that they felt well-informed about their financial situation, and that we charged fairly for our services.

We would also like to acknowledge the constructive feedback we received from the survey. We are looking at ways to address any issues raised with our team and, if we haven’t already, will respond to you individually and personally. Constructive feedback gives us a benchmark for the improvement of our services. So, we thank you for your honesty.

Thanks again to everyone who took the time to respond!
